As part of the LHA-ASRA group, we are well aware of the need to build good quality, affordable homes that meet the needs and aspirations of our increasingly diverse customer base. Creating cohesive, sustainable communities is key to our Group vision and here in Development we are taking advantage of the group’s size and expertise to do just that.

We are approved investment partners of the new Homes & Communities Agency and secured continued partnership status in the 2008-11 National Affordable Housing Programme bids round. This means that we have an active pipeline of new build activity for both rent and shared ownership products.

We are developing a strong track record in the use of renewable technology through environmentally friendly design and build to ensure our homes are sustainable. We believe this is a crucial element of our Development programme and commitment to building better homes, better communities, better lives.
